ရက်စွဲ – ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၂၁) ရက်
ယနေ့ ကျရောက်သော အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနေ့တွင် Blossom Future (BF) အဖွဲ့အစည်းအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိလူ့အခွင့်အရေး အခြေအနေ၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး အခြေအနေများနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း သဘောထား ထုတ်ပြန်အပ်ပါသည်။
၁။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ဖြစ်ပွားလျက်ရှိသော ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ကြောင့် အရပ်သားပြည်သူများ ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ နေထိုင်ခွင့်နှင့် လုံခြုံမှု ဝေးကွာနေရပြီး တိုင်းပြည်တစ်ဝန်း အနိဋ္ဌာရုံပေါင်းစုံကို ရင်ဆိုင်ခံစားနေကြရပါသည်။ ပြည်သူများသည် နေ့စဉ်နှင့်အမျှ အသက်အန္တရာယ် စိုးရိမ်ရမှုများ၊ မတရား ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခံရမှုများ၊ ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိမှုနှင့် သေဆုံးမှုများကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရကာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးများ အကြီးအကျယ် ချိုးဖောက်ခံနေရပါသည်။
၂။ ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလမှ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဩဂုတ်လအထိ Blossom Future (BF)မှ ပြုစုထားသည့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ချိုးဖောက်မှု မှတ်တမ်းအရ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုစုစုပေါင်း (၁၁၇၈၉) မှု။ သေဆုံးသူအရပ်သားပြည်သူ စုစုပေါင်း (၅၅၆၉) ဦးနှင့် ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိသူ (၈၂၀၃) ဦးတို့ကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် Blossoom Future (BF) ၏ မှတ်တမ်းပြုစုထားမှုအရ မြန်မာစစ်တပ်သည် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလမှ ဩဂုတ်လအထိ အရပ်သားပြည်သူများအပေါ် လေကြောင်း တိုက်ခိုက်မှုအရေအတွက် စုစုပေါင်း (၁၁၇၄) ကြိမ်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။
၃။ အထူးသဖြင့် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်သည် အရပ်သားပြည်သူများ နေထိုင်ရာ ဒေသများကို ပစ်မှတ်ထား၍ လေကြောင်းမှ အဆမတန် တိုးမြှင့်ကာ လူမဆန်စွာ တိုက်ခိုက်လျက်ရှိရာ ပြည်သူများ၏ အသက်အိုးအိမ် စည်းစိမ်များစွာ ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးနေရပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်သည် ပြည်သူများအပေါ် နေ့စဉ် အပြင်းအထန် ကျူးလွန်နေသည့် ရာဇဝတ်မှုများနှင့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ချိုးဖောက်မှုများအတွက် မည်သည့် အပြစ်ပေးအရေးယူမှု မခံရဘဲ ပြစ်ဒဏ်မှကင်းလွတ်ခွင့် (Impunity) ဆက်လက် ရရှိနေသည်မှာ လွန်စွာ ဝမ်းနည်းဖွယ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၄။ နစ်နာဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရသည့် ပြည်သူများအတွက် အမှန်တရားနှင့် တရားမျှတမှုကို မဖော်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်သမျှ ကာလပတ်လုံး စစ်မှန်သော ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆိုသည်မှာ မည်သို့မျှ ဖြစ်လာနိုင်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး ပျက်စီးကာ မတည်ငြိမ်မှုများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေရခြင်း၏ အဓိက တာဝန်ရှိသူမှာ မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ပင် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ထို့ကြောင့် Blossom Future (BF) ပွင့်သစ်ဝေ အဖွဲ့အစည်းအနေဖြင့် အောက်ပါအတိုင်း လေးနက်စွာ တောင်းဆိုအပ်ပါသည်။
၁။ နိုင်ငံတကာ စစ်ရာဇဝတ်မှုများ၊ လူသားမျိုးနွယ်အပေါ်ကျူးလွန်သော ရာဇဝတ်မှုများနှင့် အခြား ဆိုးရွားသော လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုများအတွက် တရားမျှတမှုနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှု တာဝန်ခံမှု ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် မင်းအောင်လှိုင်အပါအဝင်မြန်မာစစ်တပ်အားနည်းလမ်းမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ထိရောက်သည့် အရေးယူဒဏ်ခတ်ပေးရန်နှင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီမှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအခြေအနေအား နိုင်ငံတကာ ရာဇဝတ်တရားရုံး (ICC) သို့ လွှဲပြောင်းနိုင်ရေး လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးပါရန်။
၂။ မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ထံလေယာဉ်ဆီ တင်ပို့ရောင်းချနေသည့် နိုင်ငံများနှင့် ကုမ္ပဏီများအနေဖြင့် အရပ်သားပြည်သူ များအပေါ် လေကြောင်းမှ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများရပ်တန့်စေရန်အတွက် လေယာဉ်ဆီ ရောင်းချတင်ပို့မှုများကို ချက်ချင်း ရပ်ဆိုင်းပေးရန်။
၃။ နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ထံ လက်နက်တင်ပို့ ရောင်းချပေးနေမှုများအား ချက်ချင်း ရပ်ဆိုင်းပေးရန်။
၄။ ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအစိုးရများအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်မှပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် အတုအယောင် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ မှတက်လာသည့် အစိုးရအား အသိအမှတ်မပြုကြရန် နှင့် ASEAN ဘုံသဘော တူညီချက် (၅) ချက်ကို အကောင် အထည်ဖော်ရေးအတွက် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်အား ပိုမိုဖိအားပေးကြရန် ထပ်လောင်း တောင်းဆိုအပ်ပါသည်။
Blossom Future (BF)’s Statement on the International Day of Peace

On this International Day of Peace, Blossom Future (BF) issues the following statement regarding the current human rights and peace situation in Myanmar:
Due to the ongoing civil war in Burma/Myanmar, civilians are deprived of their right to live in peace and security, facing compounding atrocities across the country. Every day, the people of Burma/Myanmar are facing life-threatening dangers, arbitrary arrests, injuries, and deaths, suffering severe violations of their fundamental human rights.
According to the Blossom Future (BF)’s human rights documentation records, from February 2023 to August 2026, a total of 11,789 human rights violation incidents were documented, including 5,569 civilian deaths, and 8,203 people injuries. Furthermore, BF’s documentation shows that the Myanmar military conducted 1,174 airstrikes targeting civilian areas between January and August 2026 alone.
The Myanmar military has inhumanely escalated its targeted airstrikes on civilian-inhabited areas, resulting in tragic loss of life and massive destruction of civilian property. It is deeply concerning that the military continues to enjoy complete impunity, facing no accountability for the severe crimes and human rights violations on a daily basis against the innocent civilians.
Genuine peace can never be achieved without establishing truth and justice for the victims. The Myanmar military bears sole responsibility for the destruction of peace and instability across the country.
Therefore, Blossom Future (BF) solemnly makes the following demands:
Take effective action against the Myanmar military including Min Aung Hlaing through all available means to ensure justice and accountability for international war crimes, crimes against humanity, and other grave human rights violations, and urge the UN Security Council to refer the situation in Myanmar to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Immediately halt all aviation fuel exports and sales to the Myanmar military by countries and companies to put an end to airstrikes on civilians.
International communities must immediately cease all arms sales and supply transfers to the Myanmar military.
Reiterate our call to the United Nations (UN) and international governments to refrain from recognizing any government arising from sham elections held by the Myanmar military, and to intensify pressure on the military to implement the ASEAN Five-Point Consensus.
