Blossom Future (BF) is a refugee-led non-governmental organization originally established in 2008 as New Myanmar Foundation (NMF), focusing on civic and election education. Following the 2021 military coup, the organization was targeted by the regime, forcing it to relocate to Mae Sot, Thailand and shift its focus to humanitarian response.
In March 2026, NMF rebranded as Blossom Future (BF) (Burmese: ပွင့်သစ်ဝေ), continuing its mission to support Burmese communities along the Thailand–Myanmar border and inside Myanmar.
BF provides essential assistance including food, shelter, healthcare, and mental health support, alongside vocational training, Thai language training, and job facilitation and protection services. The organization also promotes human rights through documentation, advocacy, networking, protection services, and trainings. Through its programs, BF supports refugees, migrants, internally displaced persons, and at-risk individuals, helping them build safe, dignified, and resilient lives.
